When it comes to figuring out all the details you need to handle for a launch, it can feel like a mountain you don't know if you can climb. The best approach is actually pretty simple and it will save your sanity!
Pick Your Launch Date and Work Backwards
As you made your to-do list it may seem like it's never-ending! You may even feel like you don't know where to start because there are just SO. MANY. THINGS.
First, take a deep breath... then think about the ideal time of your that your audience will need what you're offering.
If you're teaching Makers how to sell more products for the holidays, you'll want to launch early enough that they can implement the strategies in time. If you are starting a membership that revolves around teachers, you may want to start it when the new school year prep is kicking off. You know who you serve, so take some time and see when the best time to serve them is.
Once you know when you need to launch, you can begin laying out all the other details based off of that date! I'm telling you, it works wonders to start at the end and end at the beginning.
