The A.B.Y Story
Hi, I’m Gina, founder of the A.B.Y. Foundation, and I’d love to share more about how God has called me to give him A Bold Yes.
I didn’t come to know the Lord until I was 30 and my years before that were filled with pain, dysfunction, trauma, and seeking fulfillment in places I would never find it. At 35, after a second divorce, I found myself single and Christian for the first time and I knew I needed to find a way to do things differently this time. I vowed to get healthy emotionally and spiritually and over in the years that followed that is exactly what God helped me do. He also led me to the entrepreneur life where I began helping other business owners with the administrative side of things they had zero interest in. Since 2015 I have been creating systems and processes, set up memberships, websites, and courses, and so much more. About 3 years in I conceded to the fact that the administrative part of me was actually a gift God had given me (after years of wishing I could have some other gift that was more ‘fun”) and other people not only wanted my help but desperately needed it.
Here's where it gets a little interesting and the different parts of my life collided. In 2021 God called me to share my testimony by publishing a book. He had healed such deep hurts in my heart, and it was time to help other women find that same freedom. This led me to advocating for women and imploring the church as a whole to not just shout about what they were against, but to put action behind their passion for the sanctity for life. As a former pediatric nurse, I too love babies but God had poured out His compassion for pregnant single moms in a way that is hard to describe. I knew I would be a voice for them which is why I am here today.
I began to connect with maternity homes and what I found was surprising to me. First, the number of people so strongly opinionated about the sanctity of life didn’t seem to convert into overwhelming support for maternity homes. It was quite the opposite actually. They were underfunded and understaffed which just didn’t seem to add up. Some have said it’s because we are in the Pacific Northwest, but I believe that as the Church we can rise up even here in this part of the country. Because of the lack of funding, hiring someone like me is often out of the question for maternity homes but I know the solution has already been given to us. It’s you, your business, your support. YOU are the answer and I’m so glad God led you here today.
Ways to "Cover the Cost"
Not only are you covering the cost of administrative and operational support, but 10% of what you pay will also go back to maternity homes!
One-Time Support
Your one-time gift of support will go towards the highest priority needs of maternity homes we have partnered with. They decide what they need help with and we get to work, taking tasks and projects off their hands so they are able to focus on providing direct support to the women, babies, and children in their home.
Monthly Commitment
When you decide to partner with us monthly a maternity home will have the assurance that they will be getting the help that they need on an on-going basis which is huge. Knowing that they have consistent, reliable help to manage administrative and operational tasks means they can more effectively and efficiently focus on their program development, wrap-around care for the women and babies in their home, and more.

Because monthly support can vary widely, I will reply to you personally to get this set up for you.
About the A.B.Y. Foundation
As followers of Jesus and believers in the sanctity of life, we are in a crucial time. Now, more than ever, we need to be part of the solution and bring action alongside our heart's cry for the pregnant mothers who are in need of our support. We have prayed the prayers, we have spoken up about the sanctity of life, and now it's time to put action behind our prayers to do something tangible.

Maternity homes are a place or refuge, healing, and stability that single pregnant mothers need and yet, they are not well-known or well funded. What if you are meant to be part of the solution? Your time, talents, or finances could provide your local maternity home exactly what they have been praying for.

In phase one of rolling out A Bold Yes (the A.B.Y. Foundation) we are going to be providing the needed administrative help maternity homes need but cannot currently afford. Through the generous donations of people like you, we will be able to provide operational support so the house staff can continue to focus on providing the very best wrap-around care to the moms and babies in their homes. You get to "pay the bill" and they get the help they desperately need. Whether you are able to provide support once or as an on-going commitment, we thank you for supporting moms, babies, and maternity homes.
